Irisrecia

Paint mixing is difficult, so keep the record.

Irisrecia Mk2 is built around real bench work: choose a target color, compare candidate paints, mix a small test, record the actual ratio, keep the test piece, and write the next adjustment note.

SpecMk2 release candidate

A small color tool for imperfect paint matching.

Matching an animation color, repeating a past build, or checking how close your current paints can get should not require guesswork alone.

Irisrecia does not treat matching as something solved in a single pass. It keeps the modeler's eye in charge while preserving the mixed color, the failed trial, the test piece, and the next adjustment direction.

01

Compare candidate paints from your inventory

Use inventory colors and DeltaE2000 as a guide for choosing where to start a small test.

02

Record the ratio you actually mixed

Start from a base color, add colors carefully, and save the ratio as a work record, not as a guaranteed formula.

03

Keep test pieces and adjustment notes

Save dried test-piece results, failed trials, and notes such as lighter, less red, or try another base color next time.

04

Scan labels and manage inventory

Barcode-first label scanning, OCR fallback, bottle counts, and catalog search support the workflow without making manufacturer data the main promise.

Privacy-conscious by design.
