BakeCue サポート

BakeCueは、パンの配合計算、工程タイマー、焼成記録をひとつの流れで扱うiPhone・iPadアプリです。iOS／iPadOS 18.0以降に対応します。

はじめ方

「配合」タブでサンプルを選ぶか、空の配合を作ります。
総粉量、加水率、材料のベーカーズパーセント、元種設定、工程を編集して保存します。
配合からベイクを開始し、「今日」タブで工程を進めます。
最後に焼き上がり、メモ、次回変更点を保存します。
「記録」タブから過去の条件を確認し、同じ条件でもう一度開始できます。

通知が来ない場合

iPhoneまたはiPadの「設定」→「通知」→「BakeCue」で通知が許可されているか確認してください。
工程を開始・再開すると、次の通知が端末内で再計算されます。
通知は補助です。発酵状態は時間だけで判断せず、生地を観察してください。

BakeCue Plusと購入復元

無料プランでは保存配合を3件まで作成できます。Plusでは保存配合を無制限に作成でき、同じ保存配合の直前ベイクとの記録差を比較できます。また、希望する焼き上がり時刻から開始時刻の範囲を逆算できます。「記録」タブ左上の「Plus」から購入、購入復元、Apple Accountの購読管理を利用できます。購読を終了しても作成済みの配合と記録は閲覧・書き出しできます。

バックアップと機種変更

初版はiCloud同期を提供しません。「記録」タブ右上の「書き出し」からJSONまたはCSVを保存してください。JSON／CSVの再読み込み機能は初版にはありません。アプリを削除する前に必要なデータを書き出してください。

Support

BakeCue is an iPhone and iPad app for bread formula calculations, stage timers, and bake records. It requires iOS or iPadOS 18.0 or later.

Getting started

Choose a sample or create a blank formula in the Formula tab.
Edit flour weight, hydration, baker's percentages, preferment settings, and stages, then save.
Start a bake and advance stages in the Today tab.
Save the bake result, notes, and the next change to try.
Review the saved conditions in History and start again from the same snapshot.

BakeCue Plus

The free tier supports up to three saved formulas. Plus removes that limit, compares a completed bake with the previous bake from the same saved formula, and estimates a start-time window from your desired finish time. Open Plus from the History tab to purchase, restore purchases, or manage the subscription. Cancelling does not delete or lock existing formulas and bake records.

Export and device changes

The initial release does not provide iCloud sync or import. Export JSON or CSV from History before deleting the app or changing devices.
